Success Story 1
I do consulting with Progress Database software. It's not very widely used, and finding
jobs can be even tougher. I spent 2 months sending out resumes, reading papers etc. . .
Then I noticed the link on Go.com to Career Agency. I decided to give it a try even though
I had no luck with other boards, so I posted my resume. Next day, I had a call! Within a
week I found what I was looking for and today signed the papers! I start in 2 weeks! I'm
amazed how well ICA actually works. Not even a day and I had companies practically banging
down my door.
Just wanted to share my happiness. Thanks to everyone at ICA! Keep up the good work!

Success Story 2
I had known about ICA for quite some time, never really thinking that I would need
their services. I was a contract employee making good money at a place which was very
casual in a job which piqued my interests. Needless to say, as things go, 2 weeks after
being assured that the contract would be extended for at least a year (with a substantial
increase in pay), things go south and the company runs out of money to pay the programmers
(how they will get anything done now is really beyond me). Enter ICA, because I needed a
new job and needed it fast to continue the lifestyle I had been living! I would say that
after posting my resume to ICA, I had no less than 7 different companies either email or
call me within 24 hours wishing for interviews. The only thing that really sucks about
being a geek is that the interviews take so long, you can't cram more of them into one
day! So after a week I had at least 3 callbacks for second interviews, but I was holding
out for one company I fell in love with right away. It turns out that it's a good thing I
did because now I got a great job with a great raise, benefits, the works...and the only
effort I had to put forth was posting my resume!
Now if finding the perfect woman was this easy...
